Metro Commercial Roofing was founded in 1991 with a simple goal: bring professionalism and quality service to commercial roofing. Today, we’re one of the oldest locally owned commercial roofing contractors in Jacksonville, and we still operate on that same standard — dependable work, honest communication, and a safety record other contractors can’t match.

John Moore joined Metro Commercial Roofing in 1994, bringing a background in financial analysis and real estate development along with a degree in Business Management from Florida State University. Under his leadership, Metro has installed tens of millions of dollars of roofing throughout Northeast Florida. John remains directly involved in business development, sales, and daily operations.
We provide new roof installation, reroofing, roof coatings, new construction roofing, inspections, maintenance, repairs, leak detection, gutter installation and repair, curbs and penetrations, skylight services, and metal roof repair and coating — for commercial properties across Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, and Baker counties.

John Moore joined Metro Commercial Roofing in 1994 and is now the company's owner. He holds a degree in Business Management from Florida State University and brings a background in financial analysis and real estate development to the business. John focuses on business development and sales, holds the company's roofing license, and is directly involved in Metro's daily operations.
Carl Napier brings more than a decade of hands-on experience and extensive industry training to his role at Metro Commercial Roofing. Carl specializes in commercial roofing repairs for TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems, as well as preventative maintenance and inspections. Carl understands customer’s needs and delivers quality results on every project he and his team complete.
Rebecca Okie has been a part of the Metro Commercial Roofing team since 2019, overseeing the company’s administrative, financial and business operations. Rebecca serves as a key point of contact for clients throughout Northeast Florida while driving strategic planning and business development initiatives. Rebecca is committed to ensuring Metro delivers exceptional service on every project.
Loren Baez oversees new construction roof installations, reroofs and recovers, and roof coating applications. His hands-on approach and commitment to quality help keep projects on schedule while ensuring customer expectations are met. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and execution, he plays an important role in delivering successful projects from start to finish.
